The Diono mXT car seat group 2/3 is suitable for children up to a height of 160cm and a weight of 15 to 36 kg. Age approx. 3 to 12 years. This child car seat has a unique mounting strap to firmly secure the seat in cars without ISOFIX. What is also striking about this car seat is the seating comfort for your child. Most car seats have a hard seat, backrest and headrest. The mXT car seat is fully equipped with soft and energy-absorbing foam. Not only comfortable, but also much safer because the foam absorbs the first shock in the event of a collision. The soft breathable covering provides even more comfort for your child. This child car seat has the ECE R 44/04 quality mark. Features: The height of the headrest is adjustable in 11 positions. The correct height of the headrest also ensures that the belt is always in the correct position and does not cut. The width of the back support is infinitely adjustable and can be precisely adjusted to your child’s shoulder width up to 50 cm. This car seat is equipped with energy-absorbing EPS foam for very good protection of the head and shoulders, even in the event of a side impact (Reinforced Side Impact Protection). You can securely secure the car seat with an extra mounting strap (see last image). The belt goes behind the backrest of the car seat or backseat. So no isofix necessary! This way, the seat stays in place, even if your child is not in it and you suddenly have to brake hard. The bottom is flat and prevents damage to your car upholstery. The cover is removable and can be cleaned with a damp cloth, washed by hand or in the machine on a hand wash program (max 30 degrees). The backrest can be disconnected, so that you are left with only a booster seat. However, we recommend leaving the backrest in place for safety reasons!
